TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All of our items are handmade to order and are sold as seen. Your item may slightly differ to the photo due to the handmade nature of the creations.
2. Returns are permitted within 3 days of receipt of your items. Please contact email@example.com to discuss a return. Returns must arrive back with us in the same condition they were received.
3. Returns are not permitted for sale items, personalised items or custom/themed orders (custom/themed = paint, vinyl or accessory change from the original photo)
4. Refunds will be issued for an item, if a fault is found within the 3 days of receipt and a suitable resolution cannot be reached.
5. In order to issue a refund, photos should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt. We will ask you to return the item before a refund can be processed. The sender will be required to pay the return postage. If a fault is found and a resolution cannot be reached, a refund for the item will be processed. Refunds will be issued at the cost of the item, minus delivery charges.
6. The wooden items are for display use only and are not toys. They should not be played with, exposed to moisture or dropped.
7. All of our items use the highest quality materials, if you have any questions regarding the materials we have used, please email email@example.com.
8. Upon receipt of payment, your order will be booked in. Due to the handmade nature of our items, changes cannot be made to your order details once production has begun.
9. Payment for any item confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. All of our items are made as closely to the pictures as possible. Please note paint, vinyl and accessory colour may vary slightly due to screen resolution.

• Due to the nature of my items, I am unable to accept exchanges or cancellations
• Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items cannot be returned or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please do secure a proof of postage when returning an item back to us. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
