You will be notified by email when your item has been dispatched. Please check item description for processing times. A claim will be made with the courier if your item is not delivered. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org with supporting pictures.
How long is delivery?
We carefully prepare and pack each order with orders being dispatched Monday to Friday. All items will have an estimated processing time. Personalised orders may take longer. Please contact us directly if you need an item sooner than the estimated processing date, prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate this.

*The shipping times given are based on estimations provided by Royal Mail and our couriers. We cannot guarantee that orders will be received within this time frame. Please allow up to 30 days for your order when selecting standard shipping terms; this is a completely untracked service so we will not be able to assist in the whereabouts of your order.
All orders have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days within the UK, this does not include processing time. In addition, we offer a first class delivery service. Shipping price is calculated at checkout. Free standard second class shipping on all orders over £50 within the UK (excluding wholesale). Unfortunately we are unable to deliver internationally at present.
We would like to ask that you allow extra time for your order to be received due to the current circumstances and the pressure that Royal Mail and other couriers are under. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on postage if orders arrive outside the estimated time frame, as this is out of our control. Please allow extra postage time during busy periods such as Christmas and Easter.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase:
All of our items are handmade to order and are sold as seen. The item may slightly differ from the photo due to the handmade nature of our items. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen resolution.
Returns are permitted within 3 days of receipt of your items. Cancellations are permitted within 3 hours of placing your order. Email me directly at email@example.com to cancel.
Refunds will be issued for an item, if a fault is found within the 3 days of receipt and a suitable resolution cannot be reached.
In order to issue a refund, requested photos should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt.
We may ask you to return the item back to us . If a fault is found and a resolution cannot be reached, we will refund the return postage and the full payment paid.
Refunds will not be issued for sale, personalised or custom made items (custom made- specific themes, alternative paint or accessory colour than the original product photo photo). However, if a fault is found, please contact us to enable us to resolve it as quickly as possible
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please do secure a proof of postage when returning an item back to us. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
